4 Exercises That Make You Better at Sex
Sex is a cardiovascular exercise that 30% of the Internet is dedicated to. The most common advice you’ll receive to improve in this area is: "try running" and while running is an effective method of improving endurance here are a few exercises that develop more transferable skills.
1. Kettle Bell Swings
This one is the most obvious in my mind- one of the first cues I ever got for this exercise was “if your junk isn’t coming off your body, you are doing it wrong” (Sorry ladies, not applicable cue)
This is one of the best exercises for Hamstring, and Glute activation; and its inefficient! Inefficient movements are the key to fat loss, but we’ll go into that another time. The point is, a very obese out of shape person can do an hour on an elliptical but probably cannot do 50 kettle bell swings.
Regression- Kettle bell Deadlift- Hands down my favorite exercise, and the perfect regression to a swing.
Progression- Use more weight- or single arm
2. Single leg hip Thrusters
This is a killer Glute exercise
Regression- Both Legs
Progression- Add Weight- Bulgarian bags are my personal favorite for this
3. Spiderman Pushups
An awesome complex movement that looks overtly sexual.
Regression- Twisting Planks
Progression- Put your feet on something
4. For this one lets get a little gender specific, Although both of these exercises are great for either sex- I’m basing this on situational practicality.
Gentleman- Chest and waist carries
It is important to note than when holding up something you want your combined center of gravity to be directly over your points of support.
Ladies- Supine Hamstring Curls
This is just one of the best exercises you can do (male or female). It helps build a strong bridge position and makes your hammies scream.

Remember the aim here is better sex, so high reps and short breaks.

2a) Single Leg Hip Thruster 3x12
3a) Spiderman Pushups- 3x10
4a) Carries for 2 minutes or Supine Hamstring Curl 3x12
