Franco : "I was always a big guy ever since I can remember. Back in 2011 I weighed a little over 300lbs and decided to make a change for myself. Lost 100lbs over the next 3-4 years and by 2015 I was able to be 185lbs. Then medical school happened and I got lazy and complacent. Lost "time" and motivation and although I tried maintaining those pounds off, I regained some of my weight. I weighed myself 2016 around December and saw 212 on the scale and freaked out. It took me back to a place of frustration and disappointment and so I reached out to Jake after following his workout videos via social media and took advantage of a special he had going on. I told him my story and where I wanted to be, next and he implemented a diet and workout plan to help me shed those pounds. He is aware of my busy schedule but I've implemented the eating habits and workouts around it. He is a great trainer and makes it a point to check in with you regularly. Needless to say, I highly recommend him! I'm still not even close to my goal, but with his help I think I'll be able to obtain the body that I've always dreamed of. Thanks Jake!"
