The Rolling Chair Workout

The Rolling Chair Workout

One piece of top-notch workout equipment that everyone has access to (especially if you are trying to relieve your tech neck) is a rolling chair. If you tell me you don’t, I straight-up won’t believe you.

Think of the rolling chair as basically the caring matriarch of the swiss ball and the ab roller. It can be used for many of the same exercises, but the best part is there’s a good chance you can find one under your butt.

If your chair happens to have locks on the wheels, congratulations: you are the owner of an even more versatile piece of exercise and tushy-resting equipment.

And although this intro has been a blast to write, I think you already get the point. Without further ado, the rolling chair workout:

Reverse Crunches

Pikes

Push-ups

Assisted ab wheel

Hamstring Curls

Toe Taps

Every exercise should be done for 3 sets of 10 reps.
